Yay! One awesome part of home-schooling, is planning field trips that coincide with the curriculum. Since she will be learning about Colonial life, I have planned a trip to Riley's Farm in Oak Glen, CA. It's only 10.50 a person, and I am super excited about it. I also am looking for an awesome tide pool spot to take her to. There's always Cabrillo Beach, which is OC/LA county, but living closer to La Jolla, there must be something else we could do. There's always Birch Aquarium. One day I plan to do a long weekend trip to Monterey / Big Sur and take her there, but let's just get what we can first in our area. Super excited.
